With certifications in Personal Training (CPT) and Integrative Mental Health (CIMH), I offer a holistic approach to wellness. I collaborate with you and your existing medical care team in order to provide comprehensive care. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate the challenges endemic to living with dynamic disability and re-integrate with themselves.
